Online booking with immediate confirmation

Use our online booking system to book direct with immediate confirmation. Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the stay: no penalty.  In all other cases a penalty of 30% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Booking application

Booking application does not entail any obligation to the Hotel Le Querce on the part of the visitor. Answers to requests for availability will be communicated, except in exceptional circumstances, within 24 hours of the request being made, either by e-mail or telephone. Only after effective confirmation on the part of the Hotel Le Querce regarding accommodation availability for the period of stay requested will it be possible to proceed with confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation of guaranteed bookings

To be valid a booking must be confirmed by Hotel Le Querce. A credit card number with expiry date is requested in order to confirm the booking or a bank transfer of the amount of the deposit. Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the stay: no penalty.  In all other cases a penalty of 30% of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Privacy

Hotel Le Querce informs that, in compliance with law 196/03, the data provided with this form will be handled electronically or manually for commercial information services. The filling in of the form and its transmission constitute acceptance of the processing of the data provided and the possibility of requesting, at any time and free of charge, their cancellation, updating, modification and integration by simply sending an E-mail to the hotel.

In order to send the form, after filling in the fields above, it is necessary to accept the conditions for the treatment of sensible data.
